Eddie Robbins’ 1834 is an 18xx game set in one of the earliest and most important locations in the development of railroads: Belgium & Luxembourg. Providing service to Antwerp, linking international markets, fostering the steel industry in Luxembourg and obviating the Albert Canal are important features to this game. The late appearance of electrified railways has a big impact. For 3-5 players, one needs a copy of the Avalon Hill 1830 game to provide the trains and tiles, although 4 special tiles are provided with 1834. The player with the most money wins the game.
